At the Gala! Mini Contest WINNER!!

Well, myself along with two wonderful people looked at each dress and debated on who's entry would win, and in turn, become HoofPaint's gala dress.
It was pretty hard to decide, and I was seriously staring at the top three favorites trying to decide which one I thought would fit Hoofie the most.

Though it was difficult, I finally came to a conclusion that everyone agreed to.

Now, before the winner is revealed, I just want to thank everyone for putting your time and effort into this contest, I seriously thought I'd only get 2 or 3 entries.
Also please remember that there could only be one winner, and although there were three top entries, only one could be chosen.
If you didn't win, please don't complain! It was pretty difficult deciding the winner
